Originally from Lâm Đồng, Hà My grew up in the kitchen, helping her mum prepare family meals before discovering European cooking techniques later on. Today, her style brings those two worlds together, comforting Asian flavours, modern touches, and food that's made to be shared.

‍

Her philosophy is simple: "Ăn ngon, mặc đẹp." — "Eat well, dress well."

‍

To Hà My, good food is a form of self-care. In the middle of busy days, sharing a comforting meal is a reminder to slow down, recharge, and spend quality time with the people around you.

‍

Hà My went back to the food she's always loved most: a comforting bowl of noodles. Simple, hearty, and full of warmth, she's giving it her own twist with handmade Japanese curly noodles in three Vietnamese-inspired taste, best enjoyed with a glass of wine from the soulful MOWE team.
