Dan — a Canadian chef with Italian roots, has spent years moving through different kind of kitchens, collecting titles and experiences across both casual and fine dining restaurants. At the end of the day (maybe?), he chose something simpler: a kitchen that feels like home, where cooking is less about prestige and more about sharing.
