Well, long time no warm up the kitchen spot! We are having Micheal at the space soon, a chef shaped by two worlds.

Raised in Australia, he spent years searching for a sense of belonging, only to realize that home had always been waiting for him in Vietnam. Returning here wasn’t just a trip back to his roots but it was more like a rediscovery of soul & Vietnamese flavors.

The beauty of everyday Vietnamese life, even a the tiny food stalls hidden down narrow streets on a plastic chair, the quiet magic of a simple bowl of noodles shared at midnight. Through the eyes of a chef trained in another culture, Michael began to see Vietnamese food differently. It’s all about bringing new perspective to familiar flavors while preserving the spirit of the streets that raised generations before him.
